日米首脳会談は予想外に嵐を生じず、歓喜と不安を残しました。トランプはガザを永久に占領して再開発する、分譲販売計画に夢中であったのかもしれません。太平洋を見渡す同盟国へのちょっとした温情も取引外交の一コマでしょう。
しかし、イーロン・マスクが大西洋を越えて介入し、イギリスの政権打倒を呼びかけたように、世界政治の乱気流がいつ日本を襲うとも限りません。
The Economistの表紙デザインでは、青と赤のAI駆動ロボットが腕相撲を組みました。

定年退職後のために、求人サイトを観ています。65歳以上、資格なし、経験なし。もし退職金や制度による補給が無ければ、私は時給1000円で暮らす必要があります。野菜でも、食パンでも、時給1000円で生活すると思うと、ものを買うことには強い抵抗が生まれました。やっと時代に追いついたのか。
正規・非正規の格差を許すのはなぜでしょうか。求人の多い地域、賃金の高い職種に、移動することを妨げているものがある、と思います。そして貧しい生活から脱け出すため、と称して、移民を排除し、安価な輸入品に関税を課し、愛国心を称える右派ポピュリストに、ますます多くの人が共感します。
これほど知識や技術革新が称賛され、世界的な規模で富が増大する時代に、わたしたちの仕事、生活の中身が、本当に、社会的価値の実現なのでしょうか。富裕層の暮らしや金融資産の増加に比べて、ホームレスや子どもの貧困が増えるのは不公正であり、矛盾しています。
かつて、市場で売れることが社会的な価値の実現でした。しかし、もはやそうではない。市場がもたらす貧困、環境破壊、温暖化、生物種の絶滅。もっと直接に、社会的評価によって価値もしくは反価値を付与する必要があるでしょう。
SNSとAIに支配される人々の消費や投票行動。一日中、スマホをみて、検索や書き込み、日記を公開するデジタル農奴。輸出産業や外国人観光客が円安を享受し、ホテルや賭博、風俗、闇バイト、ギグワーカーが雇用の多数を占める。労働組合は、賃金引き上げ、まともな生活水準を実現する仕組みにならない。そんな社会変化が旧秩序を破壊し、どんどん拡大します。
各地の通貨・債務危機、世界金融危機で思ったことは、マネー・ゲームの社会的な監視・規制でした。金融市場を介して得られる富の多くを社会富裕基金として隔離し、社会的な豊かさを長期に実現します。基金を介して、労働に対する時給は3000円（月給48万円）になるかもしれません。
新しい時代に応える労働価値説と社会主義が再発見されます。

双頭の破壊者、ドナルド・トランプとイーロン・マスクが、旧秩序を乗っ取り、内外の規範や秩序に火を放つ。アメリカが築いた国際金融システムや軍事力、世界中から優れた才能ある若者を集めて技術革新や起業を加速する高等教育機関と投資家たち。帝王を望む者、ハイテク大富豪、ＭＡＧＡ社会運動が、アメリカを乗っ取ったことの帰結と、内部崩壊、反撃の歴史劇は、まだ始まったばかりです。
グローバリゼーションがピークを越え、資本主義の破局に向かうサイクルを、たとえ生き残るとしても、どの国も、だれひとり無傷では済まないでしょう。
