IPEの想像力 12/23/2024
どちらも仮想のアイデアです。市場とは何か？ 社会とは何か？
グローバリゼーションの理想が社会の亀裂を拡大するような形で失われつつありますが、クリスマスや誕生日の贈り物を交換する姿に、虐殺を回避する互恵主義のシステムをみた社会学者の考察に触れました。殺伐とした1年を終わる前の小さな休息です。
マクロ経済学が誕生したときと同じように、社会の亀裂を緩和する《社会資本論》を確立するときです。コミュニティーを育てるインフラ投資に組織的に取り組み、教育、医療、介護、資本規制や移民の統合と排除も、グローバリゼーションの規制について、共通の原則を見出そうとしています。
コロナウイルス危機を経て、わたしたちの社会を維持する共通の善意と労働の担い手たちに、心からの感謝とふさわしい報酬を届けるべきだと考える人が増えました。
戦争と飢餓、異常気象、天災に苦しむだけでなく、豊かな国の都市下層や、家庭における暴力と支配、女性に対する脅迫、いじめ、強姦を、伝える記事を読みました。社会に広まる苦しみは、いま、ここで、その社会が解決しなければならない、というジャーナリストたちの信念は抑圧にも屈していません。

孫をつれて息子夫婦が来てくれました。それまでのんびりと暮らしていた猫は、そうではない、と気づいたようです。孫がニコニコして猫に近寄ると、あわてて逃げ出し、出窓の上に置かれた自分の要塞に潜みます。
この二人（1歳と一匹）が、宇宙の中で、地球と、日本という主権国家を経て、引退前の高齢者とその家族に、共同生活とその喜びや葛藤を生むことを、遺伝子や無から生じた原子の雲は予想していたのでしょうか。
たとえ次世代のＡＩやロボットが急速に普及しても、戦乱は国境に迫り、異常気象が頻度を増し、新しい感染症の出現も避けられない。いま、ここで、わたしたちは暮らしています。
