中東に限らず、戦争や災害、飢餓、疫病による犠牲者とその家族の姿を、どの土地においても、秩序の失われた時代に観たはずです。まるで・・・ヨーロッパに戦乱と難民があふれた時代のようだ。

あたかも関税・補助金による万里の長城を築くように、戦争を不可能にするほどの経済的な統合化を優先する地域、社会ネットワークから独自の「文明圏」を再定義するまで、グローバリゼーションは減速します。
EU、US、中国、インド、辺境の諸族・コミュニティの言動が、新しい「平和」を定義します。
