朝、NHK時論公論を観ました。「スペイン総選挙、右傾化する欧州」は、ヨーロッパの主要諸国で、選挙が、社会民主主義や人道的な移民・難民政策を、明確に、逆転する強い傾向を示しています。
それはまるで、今もブレグジットが拡大し続け、トランプたちが国境を越えて仲間を集めているような景観です。
政治的な「左派」と「右派」の区別は、フランス革命で生まれた、という言葉でThe Economistの記事（Charlemagne: Hotch-potch politics）は始まります。ヨーロッパの政治情勢は混とんとしており、その権力は細分化して、諸政党は「量子力学」のように、つまり、光は量子であると同時に波でもある、という、素人にはまったく理解できない連立の上に連立を組んだ支配体制を創り出し続けます。
かつては「共通の知的枠組み」がありました。しかし、今はパターンがない。次々に襲う危機だけが、政治を動かします。コロナウイルス、移民・難民政策の転換、LGBTQ+、熱波・気候変動、AI開発競争、インフレ、高金利、ウクライナ戦争、そして、バイデン＝トランプのアメリカ。
政治は、秩序の正当性、公正さと忠誠心を問われています。各地の選挙が示す混乱と連立政権の瓦解は、時代の要請にこたえる者が、まだどこにもいないこと、王座の空位を示しているのかもしれません。

国民国家や帝国の平和を守る、という文化戦争、軍事侵攻は、民主主義の意思決定を根底から混乱させることで、指導者への政治的な忠誠心を高めます。
ウクライナ戦争で、GPSに精密誘導された無人機が戦争の姿を変える局面は、情報通信の攪乱によって、その重要性をそぎ落とされたようです。おびただしい流血と野蛮さで、人びとは政治の復位する瞬間を待ち続けています。
中国、台湾の秩序と権力をめぐる論争は、軍事的な威嚇のエスカレーションと核保有大国の間の軍事衝突を予告する局面に入り、浮遊しています。
グローバリゼーションの王位をめぐる、空白の時代が続きます。
