日本の岸田首相がこれほど急ぐ理由は何ですか？ それは、憲法を超えた戦争準備である、という批判がおきて当然です。しかし、単に、G7議長の責任を果たす、というだけでない。次の戦争で、アメリカが安全保障の一部として日本を含めると確実に保証するには、ほかに選択肢がない、と知ったのです。
韓国のユン大統領は、日本との関係強化を選択しました。同時に、北朝鮮の核実験や弾道ミサイル実験に対抗して、自ら核武装する主張を取り下げ、アメリカと核戦略を共同で検討する提案に合意しました。フィリピンでも、インドでも、アメリカの戦争準備が進みます。
習近平主席との首脳会談に臨んだマクロン大統領が、その「戦略的自治」を求める姿勢を批判されました。「フランスはアメリカの属国ではない。」 「ヨーロッパはアメリカと中国の戦争に巻き込まれてはならない。」
マクロンは、アメリカと中国が対立する中身を無視しています。バイデン大統領がヨーロッパよりもウクライナの防衛に大きな貢献をしていることも無視しています。そして、フランス大企業の大訪問団を率いて、中国との開かれた市場における相互利益を称賛しました。

中国の支配者たちは何を恐れるのか？
Ding Jiaxi丁家喜とXu Zhiyong許志永の裁判を、The Economistは批判します。
・・・習近平が中国の最高指導者になった直後の2012年、徐氏は彼に公開書簡を書いた。当時、習主席は新市民運動のような団体を容認するのではないかと考える人もいた。徐氏は「中国を民主主義と立憲主義の正しい道に導く勇気と知恵を示してほしい」と述べた。
