「敵基地攻撃」や「反撃」を明確に行う意志と、そのための軍事力整備は、憲法が禁止する戦争行為そのものだと私は思います。野党の分裂状態、与党を組む公明党の弱み、維新や国民民主との連携は、自民党を超えて、日本の政治枠組みと基盤を変質させたのでしょう。
核廃絶に向けた国際賢人会議が広島でありました。他方、韓国では核武装が支持を広げていると聞きます。北朝鮮の核兵器に対抗する日米韓の共同声明は「拡大抑止」に言及し、アメリカの描く秩序を地域に反映した、アジアの3国パートナーシップを唱えました。

「新しい資本主義」実現のための対策・・・大切なことは、企業や家庭に眠る現金や預金を設備投資や研究開発投資、そして賃上げといった未来への投資に官民が力を合わせ、分配していくことです。戦略分野への国内投資を７兆円規模の補正予算で支援いたします。
日本経済再生の鍵を握るのは構造的な賃上げです。リスキリング、転職、正規社員化などを支援する、５年で１兆円の「人への投資」パッケージを盛り込みました。

「新しい資本主義」というスローガンはどこに行ったのでしょうか？ 所得倍増ではなく、賃金アップでもなく、資産倍増？ 格差・倍×倍増？計画に変わったように見えます。
The Economistが示した「自動車産業の未来」は、圧倒的な迫力で、日本政府に「新しい資本主義」を再提起させるでしょう。電気自動車は、iPhoneのようになって、高性能の走る情報マシーンに変身します。車内はAIによって仮想現実を形成し、ナビゲーションはフロントガラスから運転者に話しかけます。その人物がどのような容姿や声を発するのか、運転者は想像するだけで願い通りになるでしょう。自動運転で、楽しい雑談や情報分析もしてくれます。

選挙や派閥とポストを競う政治家だけでは、誤った情報が広まるでしょう。むしろ、防衛や介護の現場を学び、経験する必要があると思います。すべての人が5年に1度は3か月の徴用制に従う国なら、その国民はコミュニティを大切にすると思います。
軽犯罪者に社会的サービスの無償労働を義務付ける国はあります。たとえ若くして技術革新から莫大な富を得た起業家であっても、3か月間、認知症の老人を介護し、病院で死者を看取り、失職した親子を励ましながら、フードバンクで食料を配り、国境の兵舎で暮らして、交代の夜警に向かう経験を重ねてほしいです。
