（コメント） 低金利による住宅バブルが生じている国では、インフレと金利上昇による金融破綻が懸念されます。ただし、今回はアメリカではないし、銀行システムも安全だろう、と考えます。
インド、中国、北朝鮮、ブラジル、なによりイギリスの問題と背景が記述されています。生産性が上昇せず、1人当たりＧＤＰと賃金水準が低い、債券市場から拒絶されるリスクが高い国、という意味で、イギリスはイタリアに似ています。日本もそうなるのでしょう。
アメリカとサウジアラビアとの強い不満と関係回復が今後も続くと指摘します。

IPEの想像力 11/14/22
朝、テレビを観ていると、GoogleなどGAFAが人材を集めるために若い人にも非常に高い給与を提示している、と紹介していました。初任給が年4000万円、5000万円。さらに成果を上げると上昇していく。まさに日本から優秀な人材はいなくなってしまう、という危機感で、NTTが若干、引き上げたそうです。
しかし、もちろん、初任給がそれほど高い人材は限られていると思います。番組で解説する専門家は、雇用が流動化し、優秀な人材を取るために企業が賃金を競って上げ始めることを歓迎しました。
先日、田原総一朗も政治家たちに憤慨しました。日本の賃金水準が低い、欧米に比べても、韓国よりも低い。バブル崩壊から30年間、実質平均賃金は上昇しなかった。・・・何度もニュースになっています。
2021年、日本の一人当たり労働生産性はOECD38カ国中の28位。・・・なぜか?

私の次のような感想は、多くの人が感じていることと同じでしょう。
非正規の雇用を増やして、賃金格差の拡大が平均賃金の上昇を抑えてきたのではないか。低賃金の労働者が増え、他方で、一部の技術者は、おそらく、欧米並みに賃金が上昇しているだろう。
日本企業は、国内市場の拡大が期待できない、という理由で、海外市場をめざした。国内ではなく、オフショア生産拠点に設備投資しているのではないか。
中国企業との競争で、新技術・製品を開発する体力のない日本企業は、コスト切り下げ（工場の海外移転、非正規雇用）に頼ったのではないか。
ネットビジネスや製薬、半導体など、高給を出す新興ビジネスの雇用拡大が足りないのではないか。それだけでは、旧産業の縮小に追いつかないだろう。
教育や職業訓練、スキルの修得に対して、政府や企業が十分に投資していないのではないか。・・・そういえば、大学教育が文系に偏っている。文系学部は不要だ、という記事を読みましたね。

ネットで探すと、野口悠紀雄「経済最前線の先を見る」52「日本人は国際的に低い給料の本質をわかってない：アベノミクスにより世界5位から30位に転落した」東洋経済ONLINE 2021/10/03 がありました。
・・・「アベノミクス以前、日本の賃金は世界第5位だった。その後、日本で技術革新が進まず、実質賃金が上がらなかった。そして円安になったために、現在のような事態になったのだ。円安で賃金の購買力を低下させ、それによって株価を引き上げたことが、アベノミクスの本質だ。」
野口は批判します。円高になると企業は技術革新しなければならないが、アベノミクスの下では円安に頼った。労働者を貧しくして、株価が上がった。

しかし、学生たちは学ぶ意欲や社会意識が低い、と思います。正規雇用でも賃金水準は低く、不確実な非正規雇用への転落はいたるところで口を開けています。
雇用が高度に流動化する部門や時期があっても、十分な社会保障や職業訓練、就労機会が提供できるメカニズム、労働者たちの要求にこたえる企業、教育機関、そして政治の能力を高めることでしょう。日本社会に合った革新的なアイデアが現れると期待します。
