I took the Ikebana (Japanese flower arrangement)  Class at the university last year and arranged flowers.
I will introduce some of my favorite Ikebana works.

 

	The Colors of Autumn materials used for flower arrangement : Cosmos, Nyuusairan  ( Phormium tenax), Hanatougarashi (Red pepper), Leaves of  raspberry. Cosmos is my favorite flower, so I put them in the middle to make them stand out. I think Hanatougarashi gives good accent to the work.
	The Coming of Spring materials used for flower arrangement : Yukiyanagi (a thunberg spirea), Suisen ( a Daffodil ), Sweet pea, and Dracaena godseffiana. I arranged these flowers to imagine the coming of spring.  I intended to make flamboyant atmosphere by putting yellow suisen and pink sweet pea in the center.
