United States

Washington D.C.

Washington D.C. is a capital of the United States. This picture is United States capitol which was established in 1800(the original building) and is the home of the United States Congress. Tourists can enter this establishment and see many paintings and statues too.

This tower in the middle is Washington Monument. This long way is known for March on Washington for Jobs and Freedom. People filled here to advocate for civil ald economic right for African Americans. Martin Luther King Jr., standing in front of the Lincoln Memorial, delivered his histric "I have a dream" speech on August 28, 1963.

Arlington National Cemetery may not famous for Japanese but meaningful spot especially for Americans. Many people who died of wars such as American Civil War, WW‡Tand ‡U and their families are buried here. Now a days, also victims of terorism sleep here considering they fought for the States. At the top of this cemetery, there is a grave of JFK.

There are a lot of museums in D.C. and most of entry fee is for free! This is a picture of Smithsonian Museum. Also, there are National Air and Space Museum, Natioanal Museum of African American Histry and Culture, International Spy Museum and so on.
Boston

Harvard University is a private Ivy League university in Massachusetts. The campus is beautiful and there are a lot of shops selling stuff related to the university. This picture is an official book store, but you also can buy usual books and stationaries.

In Boston, there were a lot of fashinable cafes. As you can tell from this picture, popular cafe is sometimes, especially in winter, so crowdwd and people stand by the walls and chat.

Seafood is popular food in Boston. Particularly, I recommend clam chowder and lobster roll. I visited here in winter so I ate clam chowder and gor warmer! Usually it is served in a big bread bowl and oyster biscuits.

I took this clock tower's picture without any particular reason but it looks cool, isn't it?
Since Boston is a capital of New England, the scenery there looks like England. Since I love European style buildings, I loved Boston's buildings, too.

New York

Metropolitan Museum of Art is the largest art museum in the United States.   it was the second most visited art museum in the world and the fifth most visited museum of any kind in 2016. Its permanent collection contains over two million works from all over the world.

Central Park is a big park surrounded by many tall buidings. It's like a relaxation from the city noises. Not only tourist visit but also local people run and walk with their pets and you perhaps can meet some celeblity! In winter, you can skate on the skating link which is in the below of this picture.

Brooklyn bridge is one of my favorite places in NYC. Espcially if you go there before sunset, you can take your own pictures before the sun sets and see a great night view after that. The lights are shining in every building and you'll lose your words...

Fifth Avenue is a major thoroughfare in NYC. There are many prestigious boutiques and flagship stores and is consistently ranked among the most expensive shopping streets in the world.  Also,  fifth avenue starts at the Washungton squire arch  in  Washington squire park.

Los Angeles

Santa Monica is a beach front city in Los Angeles. There are a lot of malls and restaurants that you can spent a whole day. This picture is a Santa Monica Pier on which many people come to see beautiful seashore line and sunset. There is a small amusement park on it, too.

Food in the States is huge. Although the number of restaurant from abroad is increasing here, speaking of American food, many Americans say it's hamburgers or fries.

Griffith observatory is becoming very popular since this is one of the spots that "LA LA LAND" was filmed. Also, since this is on the hill, you can see the famous landmark "HOLLYWOOD" and the sun setting next to it. At night, you can see the beautiful night view of LA, too.

The Hollywood Walk of Fame comprises more than 2,600 five-pointed trazzo and brass stars. You can find a lot of famous Holluwood stars like Michael Jackson, Walt Disney, members of The Beatles.
By the Walk of Fame on Hollywood Blv., there's Grauman's Chinese Theatre, where you can find hand prints and footprints of famous actors and actresses.
