I often go driving and sightseeing. These places are where I visited in 2013.
Dazaifu Tenman-gū
Dazaifu Tenman-gū is a shrine. It enshrines Michizane Sugawara. He is famous as a god of learning. It is visited by tourists and students preparing for an entrance exam.
Yoshinogari siteYoshinogari site is a site of Yayoi Period. There are settlements, cemeteries, and multiple ditch-and-palisade in enclosed precincts.
Amanohashidate
The beautiful view of Amanohashidate.
Amanohashidate is one of three beautiful views of Japan.

I rented this bicycle named Akiko Yosano there.
Itsukushima Shrine
Itsukushima Shrine is one of the three beautiful views of Japan. It is well known for its "floating" torii gate as you can see in the picture.
Izumo TaishaIzumo Taisha is in Izumo city, Shimane Prefecture, Japan.

It is dedicated to the god  Ōkuninushi (Ōkuninushi-no-mikoto), famous as the Shinto deity of marriage. Many people who want to marry  visit this shrine.
