Mille Feuille

*Ingredients
fruits
whipping cream
tbsp. sugar
tsp. vanilla sugar

crepes:
5 eggs
1 tbsp. sugar
7ml milk
4dl flour
1 / 2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla sugar
50g butter 

1. Melt the butter in microwave and remove from it. 

2. Mix the flour and baking powder.

3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk and sugar.

4. Sift the flour-mix and add to the bowl and combine. Add the melted butter.

5. Rest for 1-2 hours in the refrigerator.

6. Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Spread crepe dough thinly to the frying pan and let it cool down. Cook the crepe.( Make about 20 crepes. )

7. Whisk the whipping cream with 2 tablespoon sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar until makes soft peak.( Combine whipped cream with the custard cream)

8. Place 1 crepe on a cake plate. Cover with a thin layer of cream and spread fruits on the top of cream. Cover with a crepe and repeat to make a stack of 20. Chill for about 2 hours before serving.
