In this homepage, there are soba pictures and my explaination about soba:
What is contained, how to eat, when eaten, ...

As I write in my profile page, I work at a traditional Soba Restaurant
in Sanjo street, Kyoto as a part-timer for 4 years and a half.
This restaurant started to make Soba more than 140 years before.
In Kyoto, however, some Soba restaurants have longer history.
I know how delicious Kyoto Soba is more than other people thanks to my part-time experience.
I hope to attract you to want to eat soba.

In general, Soba tends to be thought as Tokyo Food.
However, Kyoto has also long and deep Soba history.
As compared with Soba in Tokyo, Soba in Kyoto has mild and soft taste.
I recomend Soba in Kyoto as well.
