Zaru Soba | Tempura Soba | Kamo (Seiro) Soba |
This type of cold soba is called "ZARU SOBA(ざるそば)." We eat this by putting soba into cold sauce. It depends on each how much put vegetables (long onion and japanese spice, wasabi) into sauce. | It contains Hot Soba and Tempura. When you want to eat something hot and tempura, I recommend this. | This is a combination of Zaru Soba and hot duck soup.
Seiro is another name of Zaru.
Many duck are usually caught in winter, so this menu is especially ordered in the season.

Cha Soba

| Nameko Soba (Sansai Soba)
|
Cha Soba is made from buckwheat flour and green tea powder.
Basically this is eaten by dipping sauce, but sometimes it is eaten
with cooked OAGE (fried tofu), trated radish, nameko (mashrooms) or something.
|
Curry Udon contains udon and curry with Dashi (Japanese soup stock).
The difference between "Curry of curry rice" and "Curry of curry udon" is whether it contains Dashi or not.
Generally, Curry Udon is served with vegetables and meat or OAGE (fried tofu).

Nameko is Japanese mashrooms.
It depends on each restaurans to call Nameko Soba or Sansai Soba.
