The houses that I
deal with often look like haunted
houses with such rooms as the above. I spend two to tree weeks,
renovating and refurbishing such houses to turn them into something
like the below.

I deal with very old houses that other companies are not interested in. They often look like haunted houses as
they have been left unattended for a long time. You can imagine the former owners' daily lives by seeing old houses. In Japan more than 30,000 people kill
themselves a year, and the nearly the same number of people die alone, and in some cases, they are found days, or weeks
later. As far as I handle old houses, I will witness various lives of people from now on, whether I like it or not.
As I rent my properties to people, I am also a landlord. Some of my tenants complain about small things frequently. Others miss their payment due dates. I have to confront such people every day. That is very stressful. Thus, real estate investment takes much more time and energy than stock trading or foreign exchange trading. I have been very busy balancing work and study while taking care of the children, but what do I do when I have free time, such as during school vacations? Go on to My Hobbies.
