Intercultural Communication between the Students from the Attached Junior High School of Shiga-University and the Students of Center for Japanese Language
In the afternoon on February 23, nine students of Center for Japanese language were invited to the Attached Junior High School of Shiga-University to share a time of intercultural exchange. The event was a part of English course encouraging the international exchange at the junior high school. Students enjoyed spending pleasant and rewarding time together through the communication in English, with introduction of Japanese traditional games, Japanese tea and confectionary, martial art, calligraphy, Japanese songs, Yukata (cotton Kimono for summer) and Kimono, while junior high school students had much to learn about the countries where the international students were from.
